Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel their order within the applicable cooling-off period (10 business days in Australia, 14 days in the EU, or as required by local law). Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
